Pottery Barn Stainless Steel Table - $200 (South Park Slope)

This table could either be used in a modern kitchen or a lofty look dining room. I enjoy stainless steel because it can handle a lot of wear and tear and it kind of goes with traditional to modern decor. You could warm it up with a bunch of different wooden chairs all spray painted red or yellow, or keep it modern with some clear lucite chairs (target has deals on them if you order online).

I really like these babies. They have a great shape and would fit so well in almost any decor. I can see them with a saarinen style white tulip table for a small dining area in a cozy apartment.

This is a nice piece, could be used as is (looks like it from the pic anyway). I could also see a lovely update with a coat of white or even baby blue paint after removing the hardware and then re-attatching it. I like the lines. You could also sand and revarnish is a dark espresso if you are looking for a masculine piece for your dude.

I like pedestal tables because you can fit two or four chairs around them, and they don't take up as much floor space, plus you don't have table legs to fight with then you're sitting there wanting to get all tucked into the table. A table and two chairs for 200 clams ain't bad, and these would take up very little space in a small kitchen or living room.

I imagine this little pretty thing as a dining table for a small studio apartment with two delicate chairs on either side, or as an entry way table with a bright ceramic bowl to hold your keys. I bet the price is even negotiable.

It's hard to find filing cabinets and storage things for offices that are decent looking, and this baby is only 35 bucks! Get on it!

I am obsessed with lucite (read; acrylic) because they are great for small spaces since they just disappear. But they look modern and cool - either accenting a modern decor, or adding a mod touch to a more traditional room.

Parsons tables are really adaptable, and this one says $70 OBO - I love OBO because I'm a bargainer at heart. Since it has some nicks, how about haggling the price down and sanding and spray painting it white - or chartreuse if the rest of your room is neutral and you want a pop.

Welcome
